value-added gourmet delicatessen lines for distribution to the
retail, delicatessen and foodservice industries in Sydney and
Melbourne.
Picasso Foods Australia Pty Ltd was established in May 2009
following a restructure and change in ownership of the former
Picasso Fine Foods, established in 2005. Perfection Fresh is one of
the joint venture company's shareholders.
From facilities at Huntingwood in Sydney - which include a segregated preparation area, kitchen and packing rooms - the company uses innovative value-add techniques to transform fresh fruit and vegetables into a fast-expanding range of quality, gourmet delicatessen items focussing on exceptional flavour.
