Picasso Foods Australia proudly produces four gluten-free gourmet pasta sauces, a range of value-added olives, antipasto lines and prepared meals.

Its Arrabbiata, Napolitana, Primavera and Rosso pasta sauces are produced from fresh, raw ingredients and are available at Woolworths stores nationally.

Marinated olives include mixed gourmet, kalamata, split green and sun-dried black. Filled variations combine green olives with feta, roasted garlic, fresh chilli and semi-dried tomato. Sicilian and Australian ligurian olives are also available. 

Antipasto lines include marinated cheeses, chargrilled vegetables, filled peppers, pestos and pastes. Delicacies include Australian semi-dried tomato, Mediterranean antipasto, marinated and chargrilled eggplant, artichoke, capsicum, zucchini and mushrooms. Other choices are red and golden peppers with mascarpone, basil or olive pesto, marinated baby octopus and anchovy fillets.

Customised packaging options such as tamper-evident tubs, top-sealed trays or buckets are available in various sizes.

A selection of Picasso Foods' olive and antipasto range is available at selected Woolworths stores and THOMAS DUX Grocer outlets in Sydney and Melbourne and independent specialty delicatessens in Sydney.

A contract manufacturer for many well known Australian brands, Picasso Foods also produces savoury jams, relishes, sauces, mayonnaise, snack packs and ready-to-heat prepared meals. Meals include soups, arancini, stuffed eggplant and capsicum, beef and vegetarian lasagne and gourmet pizzas.
