Midnight Beauty® - the ultimate summer snack
The true connoisseurs' grape, Midnight Beauty® is the ultimate
snack. Refreshing and satisfying, they are best eaten chilled
straight off the bunch where their pure, delicate flavour can be
fully appreciated.
Full-bodied and firm, Midnight Beauty® is perfect for the Aussie
palate which favours super-sweet crunchy grapes.
Midnight Beauty® grapes also work beautifully in savoury or sweet
dishes where they add a splash of exotic colour and hold their
shape when cut. Their sweetness provides a contrast to chicken,
beef, pork or fish and complements creamy, cheesy tastes and
textures.
