Apple - Enchanted®
The unique Enchanted® apple is a medium-sized apple with a bright pinkish-red blush and fine, bright white flesh which remains white when cut - ideal for fresh eating, juicing or cooking.
Flavour
The Enchanted® apple has an exceptional balance of sugar and acid with distinct sweetness, mild acidity and a slight aroma.
Nutrition
Apples are a good source of vitamin C, potassium, dietary fibre and
phytonutrients including antioxidant compounds. Low in saturated
fat, cholesterol and sodium with a GI of between 28-44, apples are
low GI and offer a sustaining source of energy.

Bred by the Department of Agriculture, Western Australia, the Enchanted® apple is one result of a cross between varieties Lady Williams and Golden Delicious.
Serving suggestions
Because beautifully crisp and crunchy Enchanted® apple retains its snowy-white flesh when cut, it is perfect for cutting, dicing or slicing. Even juicing Enchanted® apple results in a delightful pink drink!

Available in Western Australia from April to June.
