Mandarin - Imperial
Members of the citrus family, mandarins are the about the size of small oranges. Imperial variety mandarins are distinctively sweet.and fresh flavoured, have an easy-to-peel yellow to orange skin, and few seeds. Imperial mandarins are the first Australian mandarins on the shelves each year.

Available from March to August.
Serving suggestion
Imperial mandarins are delightful served with natural yoghurt for breakfast, set in jelly or segmented and tossed into a tropical fruit salad.
