Mandarin - Murcott

Members of the citrus family, mandarins are the about the size of small oranges. Murcotts are a medium to large fruit with a very smooth skin ranging from orange to deep orange in colour. They have a good flavour with a high juice content.

Serving suggestion

Mandarins marry well with chocolate in cakes or mousses and can add a surprising twist to a chicken and chilli stir fry.
