Avocado - Sharwil

Sharwil avocados are oval-shaped fruit with a coarse, medium to thick skin. They are green when ripe. More than 70 varieties of avocados are grown commercially in Australia.

Serving suggestion

Try avocado on burritos with shredded chicken, teamed with smoked salmon and cream cheese on bagels or tossed into a salad with pear and macadamia nuts.
