Grape - Flame Seedless
Flame seedless grapes are crunchy, juicy and have a distinctive, slightly tart taste. This variety is seedless, round, bright red in colour and has a crisp skin and a firm flesh. Table grapes contain Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, potassium, phosphorous and thiamine.

Available from November to February.
Serving suggestion
Flame seedless grapes are delicious eaten raw on their own as a snack or added to fruit salads, cheese platters, salads, sorbets or set in jelly. They are delicious when served with meat and mixed with vegetables.
