Grape - Thompson Seedless
Thompson Seedless grapes are perhaps the most widely eaten grape and one of the older varieties of seedless grapes. Thompson Seedless grapes are oblong shaped grapes, with a light green skin. They are very sweet and juicy and have a high sugar content, with half as glucose, and half as fructose.

Serving suggestion
Thompson Seedless grapes are delicious eaten raw on their own as a snack or added to fruit salads, cheese platters, salads, crêpes, cakes, tarts, sorbets, or set in jelly.

Thompson Seedless grapes are also called sultana grapes as a large majority of sultanas are actually dried Thompson Seedless grapes.
