Peach - Taste Buddies® flat

Taste Buddies® flat peaches have an unusually flat shape and smooth skin. Taste Buddies® are sweeter in taste than other peaches and have delicious almond overtones. They are also lower in acid than other peaches and are a source of fibre, Vitamins C and A and antioxidants which promote healthy skin.

Serving suggestion

Taste Buddies® can be sliced, poached, candied, dried, cooked, canned or frozen. To peel, blanch in boiling water for a few seconds, then plunge into cold water until they are cool enough to handle - the skin will simply slip off. Taste Buddies® work beautifully in cobblers, pies, turnovers, crepes, sorbets, souffles, jams or jellies, marinades and juices.
