Broccoflower
Broccoflower can be used in place of broccoli or cauliflower. It has a similar nutritional profile to cauliflower, is a good source of vitamin C, is low in salt and contains folate and fibre. The best broccoflowers present florets that are tightly pressed together.

Serving suggestion
Broccoflower has a subtle, sweet flavour that everyone will love! Cook broccoflower the same way as cauliflower - simply steam, microwave or stirfry. Serve as is, or top with a little grated parmesan cheese and melt under the grill. Broccoflower also makes a wonderful soup!
