Brussels Sprout - Baby
Baby Brussels sprouts are sweeter and less bitter than their larger cousins - certain to win a whole new legion of followers! Like all Brussels sprouts, baby Brussels sprouts are naturally low in fat and naturally low in sugars. They are a source of dietary fibre for a healthy digestive system.

Serving suggestion
Baby Brussels sprouts are fantastic. Try slicing some in half, steaming until tender and seasoning with salt, pepper, butter and extra virgin olive oil. Baby Brussels sprouts' special flavours work well in a hot salad with crispy pancetta and toasted hazelnuts.
