Lettuce - Artisan®

Artisan® lettuce combines four fully mature, baby heads of specialty red and green lettuce handpicked and packed together in a clamshell punnet. Each punnet contains two red and two green lettuce heads chosen from the best varieties available in the field at the time. Packs may include red or green baby gem lettuce, red or green baby oak leaf lettuce or red or green baby frillice lettuce. Each type has its own particular leaf shape, colour and flavour.

Available from January to December.
