Lettuce - Radicchio - Treviso™
Mildly bitter Treviso™ radicchio is a milder variety of radicchio, an Italian red lettuce. Treviso™ radicchio's long, delicate leaves are similar to those of romaine lettuce or an overgrown Belgian endive.

Available from May to September.
Serving suggestion
Use fresh Treviso™ radicchio raw, in salads - either alone or mixed with other salad leaves. Treviso™ radicchio leaves can be stuffed and baked, grilled and sprinkled with grated parmesan, braised in chicken stock and sprinkled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
