Sweet Gems™ baby cos lettuce hearts are ideal for a caesar salad and they are the perfect size for adding to sandwiches, baguettes and rolls. Alternatively, they can be cut down the middle, sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and grilled lightly on the barbeque.
