Lettuce - Sweet Gems™ Baby Red Cos Heart

Sweet Gems™ baby red cos lettuce hearts have a distinctive red to brown leaf tip on a predominantly green leaf which adds colour to salads. The leaves are softer than other cos varieties and the leaf flavour is sweet. Conveniently sized, there is no wastage with these baby cos hearts.
