Baby spinach is a flat-leaf green spinach variety with soft, tender and mild-flavoured leaves. Sold pre-washed, baby spinach requires no advance preparation.

Available from January to December.
Serving suggestion
Baby spinaich is perfect in salads and can be stirred through pasta dishes and soups at the last minute. Because the stems are so tender, there is no need to remove them.
