Tomato - Piccolini® Cocktail

Bite-size Piccolini® cocktail tomatoes are the perfect choice for entertaining. Round, bright red and about 5cm in diameter, Piccolini® cocktail tomatoes are ideal stuffed and served as canapés or roasted whole and served together, for plate appeal. Vine-ripened Piccolini® cocktail tomatoes are firm, juicy and have a spicy aroma.

Serving suggestion

Cut the tops off Piccolini® cocktail tomatoes, stuff with pesto or caramelised onion jam, top with a shard of piquant cheese and a caper or olive. Replace tops.
