  • 1 Blueberries
  • 1 small banana, peeled, chopped
  • 1/2 cup greek natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat milk
  • 4 ice cubes, large
  • 1 tsp LSA
  • 1tsp honey
  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and smooth. Pour into chilled glass and serve.
  Variations: replace the banana with 1 chopped mango, 2 can pear halves or 200g strawberries.   Healthy Tip: LSA is made from ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds. Its rich in protein, which helps to keep blood-sugar levels balanced and curb sugar cravings. Once opened store in an airtight jar in the fridge or freezer to keep fresh.
