  • 2 punnets Eureka blueberries
  • 1 loaf sour dough fruit loaf
  • 200g fresh ricotta, cottage cheese, labne or thick yoghurt
  • Passionfruit pulp, cinnamon sugar, honey or maple syrup, to serve
  1. Thickly slice the fruit loaf and toast. Top with ricotta, cottage cheese, labne or yoghurt.
  2. Top with a pile of blueberries. Finish with passionfruit pulp, cinnamon sugar, honey or maple syrup. Serve.
