- 2 punnets Eureka blueberries
- 1 loaf sour dough fruit loaf
- 200g fresh ricotta, cottage cheese, labne or thick yoghurt
- Passionfruit pulp, cinnamon sugar, honey or maple syrup, to serve
- Thickly slice the fruit loaf and toast. Top with ricotta, cottage cheese, labne or yoghurt.
- Top with a pile of blueberries. Finish with passionfruit pulp, cinnamon sugar, honey or maple syrup. Serve.
