HONEY SOY & SESAME BROCCOLINI®

  • 2 bunches Broccolini®
  • 3 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbs peanut or vegetable oil
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs honey
  • few drops sesame oil
  1. Tip sesame seeds into a cold wok and heat over high heat, stirring until sesame seeds are golden. Remove to a plate.
  2. Reheat wok over a high heat until very hot. Add oil and swirl to coat the wok. Add the Broccolini® and stir fry for 1 minute. Add 2 tsp water, cover and cook for 30 seconds until bright green.
  3. Combine the soy, honey and sesame oil, pour over the Broccolini® and stir-fry for 1 minute until hot. Scatter over the sesame seeds and serve.
 Tip: Delicious serves as a side to chicken, fish or beef
