  • 500g Grape Kumato® Tomatoes
  • 60g pitted mixed olives in olive oil
  • 3 tsp red wine vinegar
  • basil leaves to garnish, optional
  1. Slice the Kumato® tomatoes and arrange on a serving platter.
  2. Spoon two tablespoons of oil from the olives into a  bowl.
  3. Place olives over the Kumato® tomatoes 
  4. Stir the vinegar into the olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon vinegar and olive oil mix over the salad. Finish with basil if desired. Serve.
