Oriental Baby Vegetable Stir-Fry
- 1 Broccolini®, diagonally sliced
- 125 grams fresh baby corn, diagonally sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 60 grams sachet oriental vegetable stir-fry paste
- 1 Handful coriander leaves, to serve (optional)
- Heat oil in large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add carrots and 2 tbsp water. Stir-fry 2 minutes.
- Add Minicaps® baby capsicum and Broccolini®. Stir-fry 1 minute.
- Add baby corn and stir-fry paste, stir-fry 1 minute, or until vegetables are tender.
- Serve garnished with coriander, if liked.
