  • 1 Broccolini®, diagonally sliced
  • 125 grams fresh baby corn, diagonally sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 60 grams sachet oriental vegetable stir-fry paste
  • 1 Handful coriander leaves, to serve (optional)
  1. Heat oil in large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add carrots and 2 tbsp water. Stir-fry 2 minutes.
  3. Add Minicaps® baby capsicum and Broccolini®. Stir-fry 1 minute.
  4. Add baby corn and stir-fry paste, stir-fry 1 minute, or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve garnished with coriander, if liked.
