Quinoa Bircher Muesli With Blueberries & Passionfruit
- 2 punnets Eureka Blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 1/2 cups traditional rolled oats
- 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
- 2 passionfruit, halved
- Yoghurt & honey, to serve
- Combine the milk and vanilla in a bowl. Add oats and quinoa, stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Spoon into serving bowls, top with yoghurt, plenty of blueberries and a drizzle of passionfruit and honey.
