Grape and Cinnamon Cream Tartlets

 

These little delights are easy to prepare, and just as easy to enjoy!

 

Makes 12.
Prep Time: 20 minutes.

 

Preparation Only

 

Ingredients

  • 150g small sultana grapes (washed)
  • 250g of softened light cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 12 x 8cm cooked tartlet shells

Preparation Instructions

  • Combine cream cheese in a bowl with honey and cinnamon.
  • Spoon into 12 x 8cm cooked tartlet shells (made in patty tins with thinly rolled shortcrust pastry).
  • Top with sultana grapes.
