The tantalising flavour of POM Wonderful pomegranate juice translates beautifully into this irresistible, refreshing sorbet.

Ingredients

• 660ml POM Wonderful pomegranate juice
• 1 1/2 Chinese spoons grenadine
• 3 Chinese spoons lime juice
• 30g glucose

Preparation Instructions

• Squeeze the fresh pomegranate into a bowl and strain the seeds out.
• Add the rest of the ingredients and churn.
• Freeze.
