Scarlotta Seedless® Red Grapes and Nougat Ice Cream

Prep Time: 15 minutes (plus 2 hours' re-freezing time).
Preparation Only
Ingredients
- 200g washed Scarlotta seedless® red grapes
- 150g almond nougat, finely chopped
- 2L vanilla ice-cream
Preparation Instructions
- Soften ice-cream slightly.
- Stir in Scarlotta seedless® red grapes and nougat.
- Press into a paper-lined loaf tin and refreeze.
- Lift out and serve sliced, with extra grapes if desired
