Taste Buddies® Flat Peach Truffles with Roasted Almonds

Make these treats ahead of time and pack to finish the perfect picnic.

Serves 12.
Prep Time: 10 minutes.
Cooking Time: 4 minutes.

Ingredients

• 6 Taste Buddies® flat peaches
• 250g Callebaut chocolate
• 100ml cream
• 50g slivered almonds

Cooking Instructions

• Scatter slivered almonds on a tray and roast in oven, approx 2 minutes.
• Halve peaches and remove seeds.
• Pour cream into stainless steel bowl and place over saucepan of simmering water.
• Break chocolate into pieces and add to cream. Allow to melt without stirring, approx 2 minutes. When melted, stir and remove from heat.
• Spoon chocolate ganache into peach halves and sprinkle with a few slivered almonds.
• Refrigerate until ready to serve.
