Grape, Mint and Iced Tea
A refreshing summer drink that's beautifully easy to prepare - and irresistibly refreshing!
Serves 6-8.
Prep Time: 15 minutes.
Preparation Only
Ingredients
- 1L boiling water
- 3 teabags
- 1L lemonade
- 5-6 drops bitters
- 1/3 cup bruised mint leaves (rub them between fingers to bring out the flavour)
- 150g halved red grapes (such as Flame or Crimson Seedless)
- 150g halved white grapes (such as Menindee or Thompson Seedless)
Preparation Instructions
- Pour boiling water into a large heatproof jug or bowl.
- Add teabags and refrigerate until cold.
- When tea is cold, remove the teabags and discard.
- Combine the tea in a large serving jug with lemonade, bitters and bruised mint leaves, grapes and ice. Serve immediately.
