Luscious Mango and Orange Wake-Me-Up
A perfect way to use over-ripe mangoes. It's best to freeze enough mango pulp for several drinks!
Serves: 2.
Freezing Time: 3 hours.
Prep Time: 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 small mango (use Kensington Pride, Pearl or R2E2)
- 1/3 cup plain yoghurt
- 250ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- pinch cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
Preparation Instructions
- The night before, peel and roughly chop the mango and spread it out on a baking paper-lined baking tray, cover, freeze.
- To serve, combine the frozen mango in a blender with the yoghurt, orange juice, cinnamon and honey, blend until smooth.
