Sable Seedless® Black Grapes Indulgent Antipasto

 

"Sable seedless® add a burst of sweetness which enhances salty, smoky salmon stuffed with roe and spread with luscious crème fraiche on crusty bread. Partner with baby roma and grape tomatoes for colour and savoury-sweet contrast. Pop grapes in the mouth to cleanse and refresh the palate." - Chef's flavour notes.

Ingredients

  • Large bunch Sable seedless® black grapes
  • 200g smoked salmon
  • 4 tsps salmon roe
  • 200ml crème fraiche
  • Ciabatta bread, sliced
  • Four The Original™ grape tomatoes, halved
  • Two Romatherapy® baby roma tomatoes, halved
  • Spring mint leaves to garnish

Preparation Instructions

  • Place a large bunch of Sable® seedless on a platter.
  • Cut smoked salmon into four even strips and roll into rosettes. Dollop a teaspoon of salmon roe into each and assemble on platter. Top each with a sprig of mint.
  • Stack sliced ciabatta and halved grape tomatoes and baby roma tomatoes around platter and serve.
