Crunchy Baby Wombok and Noodle Salad
An Asian-inspired salad with noodles and slivered almonds for a delicious crunchy texture.

Preparation Only
Ingredients
- 100g packet fried Chinese noodles
- 1/2-1 shredded baby wombok
- 6 shallots
- 100g slivered almonds
Dressing
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Preparation Instructions
- Shred the baby wombok, wash and drain well.
- Mix all the dressing ingredients in a bowl and stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
- Combine the baby wombok, chopped shallots, almonds and noodles.
- Stir through dressing when ready to serve.
