Entice fussy eaters with this lunchbox packed with healthy and colourful fruit and vegies.

 

Serves 1.

Preparation Only

 

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Qukes® baby snacking cucumbers
  • 4-6 The Original™ grape tomatoes
  • 2 Purple Dutch carrots, sliced lengthways
  • 2 Sweet Gems™ baby cos lettuce leaves 
  • Small bunch seedless red grapes
  • 1 hardboiled egg
  • 1 slice cheese
  • Few plain crackers
  • Small container of natural yoghurt

Preparation Instructions

  • Pack whole or halved Qukes® baby snacking cucumbers and The Original™ grape tomatoes into lunchbox.
  • Add purple Dutch carrots, a few Sweet Gems™ baby cos leaves and handful of seedless red grapes.
  • Add small container of natural yoghurt, a few crackers, a slice of cheese and egg.
