Pan Bagnat
Pack a lunch box or picnic basket with these delicious sandwiches for a winning result!
Serves 4.

Ingredients
- 250g Romatherapy® baby roma tomatoes, thickly sliced
- 1 small green capsicum, seeded and sliced
- 1 long baguette
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, halved
- 280g tuna chunks in oil or spring water, drained
- 100g pitted black olives, sliced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation Instructions
- Cut the baguette into four, then slice open, but not all the way through.
- Pull out a little bit of the bread to make room for the filling. Brush or drizzle the cut side with the oil and rub with garlic.
- Layer up with the capsicum, tuna, tomatoes and olives. Season well with salt and pepper.
- Wrap in foil (or baking paper and tie with string) and let sit for a while to let all the flavours mingle.
