
Buttered Dutch Carrots
Give your carrots a shiny gloss, with this easy, yet delicious recipe.

Prep Time: 10 minutes.
Cooking Time: 10-12 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Dutch carrots, peeled and trimmed with a little green left at top for decoration
- 15g butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup water or chicken stock
- Salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions

Place Dutch carrots in frying pan.

Add butter and pour in 1 cup water (or chicken stock).

Sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper.

Cover, place over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Reduce liquid until it has evaporated and carrots have shiny gloss.
