Steamed Broccolini® Baby Broccoli with Crispy Pancetta and Oyster Sauce

 

This fusion of oyster sauce and pancetta gives your crunchy Broccolini® baby broccoli an East meets West twist.

 

Serves 3.
Prep Time: 5 minutes.
Cooking Time: 10 minutes.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Broccolini® baby broccoli
  • 50g pancetta, julienne cut
  • Oyster sauce

Cooking Instructions

  • Fry pancetta in a non-stcik fry pan until crispy.
  • Remove from pan and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil. Allow to cool.
  • Steam Broccolini® baby broccoli until tender (but not overcooked).
  • Place Broccolini® baby broccoli on a serving platter.
  • Sprinkle with the crunchy pancetta and dress with oyster sauce as required. 

Tip: Oyster sauce may need to be watered down depending on the saltiness of the pancetta.
