Perfection Fresh is proud to announce that Broccolini® was the headline sponsor of the 2025 World Food Photography Awards, the world’s leading celebration of food imagery and storytelling.

Held in London, the awards attracted close to 10,000 entries from 70 countries. From still-life compositions to real-life food moments around the world, the finalists showcased the emotional power of food and its place in everyday life. As a business built on fresh food and flavour, this global showcase was a natural partnership for us.

The Winning Image

The 2025 Overall Winner was photographer Xiaoling Li, with a photo titled The Elderly Having Delicious Food. Taken in the Sichuan Province of China, the image shows five elderly women enjoying Sichuan spring rolls in what’s known as a “Dragon Gate formation” – a traditional way of gathering to eat and connect.

The image also won the ‘Food for the Family’ category and was praised for its warmth, composition, and emotion. Caroline Kenyon, Founder of the Awards, called it “a perfect image for our times” – capturing joy, connection, and community through food.
