STIR FRIED EASY PEASY™ STRINGLESS SUGAR SNAP PEAS WITH SWEET CHILLI & LIME

- 300g Easy Peasy® Sugar Snap Peas, washed
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
- 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
- Heat a wok over high heat until hot. Add oil and Stringless Sugar Snap Peas and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Spoon over the sweet chilli and stir fry for 1 minute until sugar snap peas are bright green and sticky. Squeeze over the lime and serve.
