Preheat the oven to 180°C fan forced. Grease and line 3cm deep, 18cmx28cm (base) slice pan. Set 2-3 pieces of Fioretto® aside and cut them lengthways into thinner pieces.
Whisk the eggs, oil and flour together in a large bowl until well combined.
Chop the remaining Fioretto® add to the egg mixture with the carrot, green onions, and haloumi. Season with pepper. Stir to combine.
Spoon into the pan and smooth the top. Press the reserved Fioretto® onto the top of the slice. Bake for 45 minutes or until when a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Stand for 10 minutes in the pan before lifting onto a board and cutting into pieces. Serve with sweet chilli sauce, yoghurt and crisps.
TipTip: You can ad 200g chopped shaved ham or chopped sautéed chorizo to the slice with the carrot in step 2 if you like.
