AIR FRYER
1. In a large bowl, drizzle vegetables with 1 Tbsp of oil and toss to coat
2. Season with salt and pepper and toss
3. Cook at 190°C for 6-8 mins or until roasted, shake halfway through cooking
4. Remove vegetables and serve topped with dressing, sourdough croutons, bacon and parmesan
OVEN
1. Preheat oven to 210°C fan forced (230°C conventional)
2. In a large bowl, drizzle vegetables with 1 Tbsp of oil and toss to coat
3. Season with salt and pepper and toss
4. Roast for 10-13 mins or untli roasted, shake halfway through cooking
5. Remove vegetables and serve topped with dressing, sourdough croutons, bacon and parmesan
Tip: Serve topped with grilled chicken for a roasted chicken caesar
