How Kumato can be used at it's three ripening stages:

They are the best tomatoes, are always beautiful and juicy. Are my always my first choice.
Kumato tomatoes are the only tomatoes I can eat. Taste fantastic and as I tell people when shopping in supermarket, "Once you have tasted Kumato tomatoes you won't eat any other variety." Only Rouge de Marmande variety comes close. Living in Victoria, I am having withdrawal symptoms as they don't seem to be available during Winter. Hope they are in Supermarkets soon. DP.
