STAGE ONE is a harder fruit with a green tinge, this fruit is perfect for salads & pickling.
STAGE TWO is a pale yellow with spots starting to show, the stage is great for BBQ, stir fry and baking!
STAGE THREE is when our mangoes are just perfect! Slightly soft to touch and golden yellow in colour with some black freckles. Best eaten as they are or put into a smoothie, salad or made into a jam!
