Nick Gill

Chief Executive Officer

Nick Gill is Chief Executive Officer (Interim) of Perfection Fresh Australia, bringing more than 35 years’ experience across Australian agribusiness, horticulture and agricultural investment. He has a long-standing understanding of Perfection Fresh, having served on the Perfection Fresh Group Board since 2018 and contributed to the company’s governance, risk and strategic oversight.

Prior to joining Perfection Fresh, Nick was Chief Executive Officer and Director of Fresh Country Farms Australia (FCF), a major horticultural investment business owned by Canadian pension fund manager PSP Investments. FCF owned large property portfolios in almonds, avocados, glasshouses, berries, poultry and citrus (Spain). He previously spent 12 years as CEO of Belvino Investments, a significant vineyard investor across Australia and New Zealand, and held roles with Challenger, Macquarie Bank, SunRice and Twynam.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics and an MBA from the University of New England. He is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has also served on the boards of horticultural businesses including Simpson Farms and Perfection Fresh.

As CEO, Nick leads Perfection Fresh Australia as it continues to build on almost 50 years in Australian horticulture. His focus is on strengthening grower and customer partnerships, building a resilient and high-performing business, and continuing Perfection Fresh’s focus on innovation, quality and long-term growth.

Andrew Edwards

Chief Financial Officer

Andrew joined Perfection Fresh Australia in 2015 after 22 years of working across various industries, including retail, oil and gas, global shipping and FMCG. He is a certified accountant with an FCPA and an MBA from London Business School and is responsible for the strategic financial guidance to ensure Perfection Fresh Australia's financial health and stability.

Bringing with him domestic and international experience, Andrew spent 9 years based in the UK working for BP Petroleum across senior Finance and Commercial roles, both domestic and managing global teams. Alongside the day-to-day responsibilities, Andrew today has a group of accountancy and finance professionals that work together as a collaborative team within the finance function.

In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Andrew manages all financial planning and analysis, reporting, risk and capital management and collaborates on the financial strategy with the executive team to provide financial insights and guidance on all operations.

Louise Fitzpatrick

General Counsel & Head of Compliance

Louise joined Perfection Fresh, bringing 17 years of in-house and private practice experience from organisations such as Allens, PwC, Goodman Fielder, Supernova Brands and Bindaree Food Group.

She spent 7 years based in Singapore in global roles that spanned the Pacific, UK, EU, and USA markets, and has a deep appreciation of the legal complexities affecting food and agribusiness supply chains.

With a collaborative and hands-on approach, Louise enjoys working closely with all levels and functions of a business to achieve strategic goals.

She provides pragmatic legal advice across extensive areas including corporate/commercial, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property, data protection, consumer and employment law.

In addition, Louise has successfully rolled out effective compliance and governance programs across different organisations and is committed to driving organisational outcomes in these areas.

Andrew Redman

Chief Supply and Technical Officer

Andrew has extensive global experience with over 20 years in the food industry in senior Quality and Research roles, working for some of the world’s largest food manufacturers including General Mills, Danone, Mars and Campbells Soups.

He is also responsible for overseeing our rapidly emerging ESG program that will deliver improved sustainability outcomes across the organisation. Other areas of responsibility include managing the Convenience manufacturing operations in Homebush.

In his role as Chief Supply and Technical Officer, Andrew is focused on bringing a commercial and collaborative leadership style to deliver improved food safety and quality of fresh produce that delivers against increasing consumer expectations.

Christy Poynton

Chief Sales Officer

As Chief Sales Officer, Christy is responsible for leading Perfection Fresh’s national and export sales strategy, revenue performance, and commercial growth agenda.

With expertise in market analysis, customer strategy and high-performance sales and leadership, Christy drives sustainable growth across competitive and evolving markets.

She brings a results-focused approach to aligning sales and execution with broader business objectives and ensuring commercial strategy is both data driven and customer and consumer centric.

With more than 15 years of experience in the produce industry Christy is recognised for valuing clear and open dialogue, her commercial instincts, and a commitment to doing business with integrity, transparency and purpose.

Luke Gibson

Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer

Luke joined Perfection Fresh in early 2020,  after working predominantly in the FMCG sector as a brand and product leader across multiple food categories at Nestle and General Mills. Luke has worked regionally in Australia and New Zealand as well as in Global roles in Switzerland.

In addition to FMCG, Luke has also worked in various marketing roles across several industries including publishing and media, retail and not-for-profit sectors.

As Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer, Luke is accountable for brand, marketing, innovation, NPD, and external communication. His team cultivates a strategic vision to effectively position and promote the suite of Perfection Fresh brands and ensures we have a pipeline of consumer centric, growth driving initiatives across the Group.
