AIR FRYER
1. In a deep bowl, coat potatoes with 1.5 Tbsp of oil and toss
2. Add crumb sachet, swirl potatoes to coat
3. Add seasoning sachet, swirl potatoes to coat
4. Cook at 190°C for 20-22 mins or until crisp, shake halfway through cooking
5. Remove potatoes and serve topped with sauce
OVEN
1. Preheat oven to 210°C fan forced (230°C conventional)
2. In a deep bowl, coat potatoes with 1.5 Tbsp of oil and toss
3. Add crumb sachet, swirl potatoes to coat
4. Add seasoning sachet, swirl potatoes to coat
5. Roast 30-40 mins or until crisp, tossing halfway
6. Remove potatoes from oven, serve topped with sauce
