Preheat the oven to 170°C fan forced. Grease andline the base and sides of a 7cm deep, 11x21cm (base) loaf pan. Place the Broccolini® into a foodprocessor. Process until finely chopped. Transferto a bowl, add apple and hazelnuts.
Using an electric mixer, whisk brown sugar, eggsand oil on high speed until thick and pale. Siftflour, bicarbonate of soda and cinnamon togetherover the oil mixture and gently fold into themixture until just combined.
Stir in the Broccolini® mixture. Spread mixtureinto the cake pan and smooth the surface. Bakefor 55-60 minutes or until a skewer inserted intothe centre comes out clean. Stand for 10 minutesin the pan then lift onto a wire rack to coolcompletely.
For the frosting, beat the cream cheese untilsmooth. Add the icing sugar and beat until thick.Spread over the top of the cake. Scatter over thehazelnuts. Serve.
