How to Cook Florentini™
Florentini™ is quick, flexible, and easy to cook. Here are the best ways to bring it to life.
Boil & Blanch
Cooking time: 2–3 minutes
Best for: Fresh sides, salads, or finishing with sauces

Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil

Add Florentini™ (whole or trimmed as needed)

Boil or blanch for 2–3 minutes, until tender and bright green

If the stems are thicker, slice them lengthwise to help them cook evenly

Drain immediately and serve or finish with seasoning
Steam
Cooking time: 4–5 minutes
Best for: A simple, healthy side

Place raw Florentini™ into a steamer basket

For thicker stems, slice lengthwise before steaming

Steam over boiling water for 4–5 minutes

Remove once tender and season to taste
Stir-Fry
Cooking time: 3–5 minutes

Heat oil in a wok or pan over high heat
