Ingredients

  • 2 Calypso® Mangoes, peeled, fruit chopped
  • 1 banana, peeled, chopped (see tip)
  • 3/4 cup Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 cup coconut water, chilled
  • 1 cup coconut water, chilled
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 1/3 cup toasted muesli
  • 1 passionfruit, halved

TOPPING

  • 1 Calypso® Mangoes
  • 125g Perfection Raspberries

Method

  1. Combine the mango, banana, yoghurt, coconut water, ice and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into two bowls.
  2. For the topping; Cut the cheeks from the mango. Using a large spoon, carefully scoop the flesh out in 1 piece. Thinly slice the mango and arrange with the raspberries on top of the smoothie bowls. Sprinkle over the muesli and drizzle with passionfruit. Serve immediately.
 

Tip- During summer it’s a good idea to peel and chop bananas and place in a snap lock bag and freeze overnight.
