  1. STEP 1Microwave or steam the vegetables for 2 minutes or until just tender. Drain well. Set aside.
  2. STEP 2Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add almonds and garlic and cook, stirring often, for 3 minutes or until almonds are golden.
  3. STEP 3Add the greens to the pan and cook, tossing for 2 minutes or until heated through.
  4. STEP 4Remove pan from heat and add the lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Toss well to combine. Serve immediately.
