Cut the cheeks from the mango, score mangoes into cubes.
Top the mango cheeks with yoghurt, toasted muesli and berries. Drizzle with honey. Serve.
TipTo make your own toasted muesli, Preheat oven to 150°C. Warm 2/3 cup (160ml) honey, 1/3 cup (80ml) light olive oil and 1 tsp (3g) ground cinnamon in a small saucepan. Combine 4 cups (360g) regular rolled oats, 1 cup (110g) bran, ½ cup (70g) pecans, ½ cup (75g) pistachio nuts and ½ cup (80g) pepita and sunflower seed mix in large greased roasting pan. Pour over warm honey mixture. Stir to coat. Spread mixture evenly over base of the pan. Bake, without stirring, for 45-50 minutes or until golden and toasted. Set aside to cool completely. Break into pieces, transfer to an airtight jar.
