Cut the Kumato® tomatoes into 6 wedges then in half crossways. Add to a large serving bowl. Add the Qukes®, Minicaps® and onion. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil, season with salt and plenty freshly ground black pepper and toss to combine.
Add the feta in 1 piece then scatter over the olives. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with oregano. Serve with lemon wedges.
